Raipur: Courtyard by Marriott, Raipur is delighted to announce the appointment of Anuj Singh as its new Executive Chef. Prior to this Anuj was Executive Sous Chef at Marriott, Indore. Rajneesh Kumar, General Manager, Courtyard by Marriott, Raipur in a press release issued today informed that Anuj Singh had started his career with TAJSATS Air Catering Ltd. as a management trainee and moved up the ladder to become a part of Chef’s team who were responsible for serving on all the flights of Honorable President of India, Prime Minister and other senior members of parliament. With his career spanning almost 9 years with the Taj Group of hotels, he has had the privilege of working in iconic properties of the Taj.
